LifeMoves Announces the Appointment of Five Leaders to Its Board of Directors
Santa Clara, CA — LifeMoves, Silicon Valley’s largest provider of interim and supportive housing, is strengthening its governance with five dynamic board members whose diverse expertise will help drive transformative local solutions to the region’s housing crisis. Together, these leaders bring experience spanning community advocacy, technology innovation, healthcare, finance, and philanthropy, all united by a commitment to creating a future where every neighbor has a place to call home.
“I am thrilled and deeply grateful to welcome these accomplished leaders to the LifeMoves Board of Directors,” said Aubrey Merriman, Chief Executive Officer of LifeMoves. “Their collective experience, expertise, and passion will help us powerfully translate our mission to end homelessness and accelerate local solutions that keep individuals and families housed and communities strong. Together, we’re building the bold possibilities our neighbors deserve.”
Tammy Crown is a former strategy consultant and most recently a Vice President of Strategy for Charles Schwab & Company in San Francisco. She previously worked with The Boston Consulting Group and Mercer Management Consulting on a variety of operational and strategic issues across industries. Tammy holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She serves on the boards of the Bay Ed Fund and World Wildlife Fund and has previously served with Jewish Family & Children’s Services, The Nueva School, and Teach for America, Bay Area.
“I joined the LifeMoves board because I believe stable housing is the foundation for opportunity and a prerequisite for everything else,” she said. “LifeMoves’ leadership as the largest interim housing provider in our community, combined with its critical wraparound services, is what makes the difference in helping families and individuals achieve lasting stability.”
Leslie Little has spent the last eight years managing her family’s investment portfolio, coordinating both private investment opportunities and public market investments. In her earlier career, she was a biotechnology executive with Alza, Chiron, and Genentech, specializing in selecting and developing new cancer drugs. Leslie has served in multiple volunteer capacities, including as President of the Nueva Parents Association and co-chair of the Nueva capital campaign. She earned her MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a BA in Biology with Honors from Swarthmore College.
“Board service matters to me because it turns personal values into practical help. I’ve spent my career backing ideas that improve lives and this is the most direct version of that work,” she said. ”Serving on the LifeMoves Board is how I help families in our community build stability and stay rooted here.”
Suzanne Pellican is a seasoned product technology executive with 30 years of experience delivering innovative consumer and enterprise products and services. Most recently, she was at Google, where she led the design and experience strategy for the $260B Ads business. Prior to that, Suzanne led the user experience team for Google Maps, Local Search, Earth, and Google Business Profile, serving more than 2 billion users worldwide. Before Google, Suzanne worked extensively on personal finance and small business products during her 15-year tenure at Intuit.

Lottie Rezneck is an investor and advisor to future forward companies in the fintech, deeptech, and hard tech sectors. Most recently, she served as COO at Brimstone, a hard tech start-up developing industrial decarbonization solutions that seek to transform heavy industry for a better future. Prior to that, Lottie led finance and accounting at Aurora Innovation, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology. Earlier in her career, she worked in finance as an investment banker at JP Morgan, a private equity investor at GE Capital, and a credit derivatives product manager at Primus Asset Management. Lottie serves on the Board of the Headlands Center for the Arts and volunteers at The Nueva School. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSFS in International Politics from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
“I strongly believe in making the world a better place for everyone, and I welcome the opportunity to give back and partner with the LifeMoves Board and leadership team to help solve the challenging problem of homelessness in our Bay Area community,” she said. “The LifeMoves team has impressed me with its people-centered approach in thinking about human dignity while balancing a scalable and programmatic approach to help stabilize our neighbors as they enter this next chapter of growth. It’s an honor to join forces with this amazing and caring team!”
Kalimah Salahuddin is a dedicated community leader, advocate, and mother. Nineteen years ago, she was a resident of Haven House with her three children, an experience that shaped her commitment to equity and social justice. Since then, she has served as a school board member for the Jefferson Union High School District for 12 years and as Past President of the San Mateo County School Boards Association. Kalimah is actively involved in policy and community initiatives, serving on the Shared Prosperity Council and as Chair of the San Mateo County Sheriff Independent Civilian Advisory Commission. She is a founding member of the REACH Coalition, an advocacy group dedicated to promoting equity and improving community health, and serves on the boards of the ACLU Northern California Chapter, San Mateo County NAACP, Housing Leadership Council of San Mateo County, and Daly City Public Library Associates. Professionally, Kalimah is the Employee Experience Programs Manager at Exelixis, where she works to foster an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
