Chair Emeritus | Vice President Corporate Development, Corium Inc.

Christina directs corporate development and governance at Corium and holds responsibility for strategic planning for the company. Prior to joining Corium, Christina spent 16 years in investment banking, serving in both advisory and portfolio management roles at Salomon Brothers, the Jim Pattison Group and J.P. Morgan. She has been involved in leadership and fundraising positions in a variety of civic and community organizations, including Sacred Heart Schools and Stanford University. Christina holds an A.B. in International Relations and an A.B. in Economics from Stanford.

Former Board Chair, InnVision Shelter Network

Christine is a former Mayor for the Town of Hillsborough and served on the Hillsborough City Council for eight years before retiring in 2012. She was Finance Director for several successful campaigns for Congresswoman Jackie Speier. Christine has been an active volunteer in the local community and was named Hillsborough Citizen of the Year for 2009. She joined the Shelter Network Board of Directors in 2007, and was Board Chair during the merge into what became InnVision/Shelter Network before being renamed LifeMoves. Christine was active in the renovation effort for LifeMoves site Family Crossroads in Daly City, and currently serves on the Program Committee there. She and her husband Jeff have been married for over 30 years and have two grown sons, John and Will.

Co-founder and Venture Capitalist, Panorama Capital

Rod is a co-founder of Panorama Capital, a venture capital firm that spun off from JPMorgan Partners (JPMP) in July 2006, where he focuses primarily on life sciences investments. He joined JPMP as a Managing Director in their life sciences venture practice in 2001. From 1999 to 2001, Dr. Ferguson was a partner at InterWest Partners, a venture capital firm, where he focused on life sciences investments. Prior to InterWest, he held a variety of management positions over an 11-year career at Genentech, Inc., most recently as Senior Director of Business and Corporate Development, responsible for worldwide licensing transactions for both technology and pharmaceutical products. Prior to joining Genentech, Inc., Rod was an associate with the law firm McCutchen, Doyle, Brown, & Enersen (currently known as Bingham McCutchen LLP). Rod serves on two non-profit boards in the life sciences industry. In addition, he serves on the board of directors of several private life science companies. Rod earned a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Illinois, a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the State University of New York, and a J.D. from Northwestern University.

Joe Stockwell is currently a Principal with Odyssey Management Capital specializing in Telecom and Media. Joe has held a variety of leadership positions in the Communications and Media space, including Corporate Development at WURL, Inc., President and Chairman at PT Access Networks, President of Epik Communications, and Sr. Director of Corporate Development at Apple. Joe holds a BBA in Marketing from Cleveland State University, and a JD from Boston College.

Jane Vaughan is a Partner at Menlo Digital, where she leads the design and execution of the firm’s national data center platform. Her responsibilities include site planning, entitlements, power procurement, and project and construction management in key markets such as Northern Virginia, Silicon Valley, and Phoenix.

With over 25 years of experience in complex real estate development, she has played a pivotal role at Menlo Equities, Menlo Digital’s parent company, in delivering more than 10 million square feet of projects across the United States, including a landmark 1.65 million-square-foot technology campus in Santa Clara—now home to Palo Alto Networks’ global headquarters. Her background in structural engineering provides a strong technical foundation for leading high-performance infrastructure development in demanding markets.

Jane holds a BS in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University, an MS in Structural Engineering from the University of Maryland, and an MBA with honors from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She is also deeply committed to community service, having chaired the board of Goodwill San Francisco and overseen transformative real estate initiatives for nonprofits serving Silicon Valley’s most vulnerable communities.

Kalimah Salahuddin is a dedicated community leader, advocate, and mother. Nineteen years ago, she was a resident of Haven House with her three children, an experience that deeply shaped her lifelong commitment to equity and social justice.

Since then, Kalimah has served her community in multiple leadership roles. She spent 12 years as a School Board Member for the Jefferson Union High School District and two years as President of the San Mateo County School Boards Association (SMCSBA). At the county level, she is actively involved in policy and community initiatives, serving on the Shared Prosperity Council and as Chair of the San Mateo County Sheriff Independent Civilian Advisory Commission. She is also a founding member of the REACH Coalition, an alliance of elected officials and community leaders of color working to promote equity and improve community health.

Her leadership extends across several organizations, including serving on the Boards of the ACLU Northern California Chapter, the San Mateo County NAACP, the Housing Leadership Council of San Mateo County, the Daly City Youth Health Center, and the Daly City Public Library Associates. She has also previously served on the Board of Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco.

Professionally, Kalimah is the Employee Experience Programs Manager at Exelixis, where she focuses on building a more inclusive, engaging workplace culture.

Lottie Rezneck is an investor and advisor to future forward companies in the fintech, deeptech, and hard tech sectors. Most recently, she served as COO at Brimstone, a hard tech start-up developing industrial decarbonization solutions that seek to transform heavy industry for a better future. Prior to that, Lottie led finance and accounting at Aurora Innovation, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology. Earlier in her career, she worked in finance as an investment banker at JP Morgan, a private equity investor at GE Capital, and a credit derivatives product manager at Primus Asset Management. Lottie serves on the Board of the Headlands Center for the Arts and volunteers at The Nueva School. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSFS in International Politics from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.

Ajwang Rading is an entrepreneur-investor, lawyer, policy advisor, and academic. His expertise includes civil & human rights, racial justice, affordable housing, climate, and the innovation economy. Rising from poverty to policy advocacy, Ajwang has worked at the Clinton Peace Centre in Northern Ireland; as a Humanity in Action Fellow in Paris, France; in the United States Senate in Washington, DC; at the Equal Justice Initiative in Montgomery, Alabama; and at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, California. He has lectured at various universities, including the Stanford Graduate School of Business, the UCLA Anderson School of Management, San José State University, and the University of Lucerne in Switzerland.

Suzanne Pellican is a seasoned product technology executive with 30 years of experience delivering innovative consumer and enterprise products and services. Most recently, she was at Google, where she led the design and experience strategy for the $260B Ads business. Prior to that, Suzanne led the user experience team for Google Maps, Local Search, Earth, and Google Business Profile, serving more than 2 billion users worldwide. Before Google, Suzanne worked extensively on personal finance and small business products during her 15-year tenure at Intuit.

Bonnie Panlasigui, FACHE, has been named the new Senior Vice President & Area Manager for the Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara Service Area. She will have oversight of over 6500 employees and is responsible for hospital operations for the area that serves more than 400,000 members.

Panlasigui has nearly 20 years of experience in health care leadership and most recently served as president of Summa Health System Hospitals in Akron, Ohio.

Throughout her 20-year career, she has helped organizations deliver exceptional performance by fostering high-reliability safety cultures and ensuring outstanding patient experiences. She has also been a strong advocate for initiatives aimed at addressing health care disparities.

Panlasigui has a bachelor’s degree in health promotion and disease prevention studies from USC; a master’s degree in health services administration from George Washington University; and serves as a Governor on the Board of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Leslie Little has spent the last eight years managing her family’s investment portfolio. She coordinates and selects both private investment opportunities and public market investments with the help of several professional money managers. In her former professional career, she was a biotechnology executive with companies such as Alza, Chiron and Genentech. Working in New Product Planning, her specialty was selecting and developing new cancer drugs. In between the two professional halves of her life, she raised 3 children and worked in numerous volunteer capacities. She was the President of the Nueva Parent’s Association and served on its board in that capacity. She was also a co-chair of the Nueva capital campaign and raised three Guide Dogs for the Blind with the help of her daughter.

Leslie earned an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and BA in Biology with Honors from Swarthmore College. She also attended Columbia Medical School for two years but chose to take a leave of absence to work on Wall St. After three years as an Assistant Biotechnology Analyst, she decided that business was more fun than medicine. She lives in Atherton with her husband Gary and the last guide dog, January, who was “career changed” to family pet after eating the butter off the counter. Leslie enjoys skiing, hiking, and traveling with her friends and family.

Ahmed Khatib is a founder of Lloyd Khatib Group within Private Wealth Management at Merrill. Ahmed works closely with entrepreneurs, wealth creators, senior executives, and other ultra-high-net-worth clients to help them grow, preserve, and transfer their wealth more effectively. Prior to joining Merrill, Ahmed worked at Wells Fargo Private Bank, where he was a Senior Investment Strategist. He has worked in investing and wealth management since 2000.

Lori Castillo Martinez is Executive Vice President and Chief Equality Officer at Salesforce where she leads the company’s global equality efforts.

Under Lori’s leadership, Salesforce has continued to increase representation with aggressive multi-year representation goals and create a more inclusive culture through equity-focused processes and programs. Lori has spearheaded new initiatives to better support and retain underrepresented employees, including company-wide microaggression and inclusive hiring trainings, URM leadership development and equality mentorship programs, and a Warmline that connects employees to advocates to help with pivotal career moments and conversations.

Previously, Lori served as the head of Global Employee Relations and Equality at Salesforce — a role uniquely designed as a way to accelerate and integrate people and equality initiatives at Salesforce, guided by employees. In this role, she focused on performance and employee relations management across the globe, as well as driving equality initiatives at the company. Before joining Salesforce, Lori spent nearly a decade at a Fortune 5 healthcare company where she created the first enterprise-wide strategy, processes and systems for key legal, ethics, and regulatory risk areas. She also led the company’s Latinx Employee Resource group — helping to advocate and create community for women and people of color.

Lori is the co-chair of Salesforce’s Racial Equality and Justice Task Force and serves on the Boards of How Women Lead, a community of women executives working to redefine female leadership, and LifeMoves, a nonprofit focused on ending homelessness in the Bay Area. She is driven by her passion to improve the way women live and work.

John Earnhardt has more than 30 years of experience at the intersection of media, politics, and technology. He began his career in Washington, D.C., working for then–U.S. Senator Joe Biden, and later served as a media staffer on the 1996 re-election campaign of President Bill Clinton and Vice President Al Gore. Following campaign work, he joined the National Association of Broadcasters, managing media relations, before moving to Cisco in 1999 to support CEO John Chambers.

At Cisco, John held multiple leadership roles in communications, including managing corporate public relations and launching the company’s pioneering social media and “brand journalism” programs. He guided the corporate PR team through Chambers’ CEO succession before joining Visa as Vice President of Corporate Communications. At Visa, he led C-suite communications, financial media relations, content strategy, crisis and issues management, and financial literacy programs across the U.S. and Canada.

Since his time at Visa, John has advised organizations in venture capital, artificial intelligence, electric vehicles, networking, and other high-tech sectors. His consulting work has emphasized executive visibility, earnings and transition communications, and high-impact media training, helping clients secure coverage across leading business, consumer, and trade outlets.

John currently serves on the Martis Camp Foundation Board in Truckee, California, and the Wake Forest University Board of Visitors in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He is also the co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of a start-up in the sports science industry.

A dedicated supporter of education and community service, John previously served on his local public school board and coached middle school basketball. His long-standing pro bono client is his wife, a former start-up and public company CEO now with a Fortune 100 healthcare company. John earned his B.A. in English from Wake Forest University, where he was also a walk-on member of the men’s tennis team. He is the proud father of a college freshman.

Greg is a retired partner from PwC where he served global investment management firms, investment banks, and broker/dealers. He is currently focusing on helping not for profit organizations and assisting with governance and controls processes.

Greg earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University and is a Certified Public Accountant in California. He serves as Treasurer, Chair of the Finance Committee and is a member of the Board of Directors for LifeMoves, a charity focused on ending homeless in the Bay Area. He is also a member of the audit committee for Charles Armstrong School, which serves students with language-based learning differences such as dyslexia.

Tammy Crown is a former strategy consultant most recently working in the capacity of a Vice President of Strategy for Charles Schwab and Company in San Francisco.

Prior to this position, she was a strategist at The Boston Consulting Group in Chicago and Mercer Management Consulting in New York, working on a variety of operational and strategic issues in the financial, consumer goods, and utilities industries.

Ms. Crown holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is actively involved in community leadership and currently serves on the boards of the Bay Ed Fund and The Nueva School. Previous board experience includes the World Wildlife Fund in Washington, DC and Jewish Family & Children’s Services and Teach for America, Bay Area, both in San Francisco. She also Chairs the Environment Committee and sits on the Education Committee for Crown Family Philanthropies in Chicago.

Melissa (Mel) Selcher is a senior technology executive, advisor, board member and investor, with extensive experience leading marketing, communications, and social impact at global companies. Most recently, she served as Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at LinkedIn, where she spent nearly a decade helping grow the business to over $15 billion in revenue and over 1 billion members. She currently advises mission-driven companies and serves on the boards of SeatGeek and LifeMoves.
