Every night, thousands of our neighbors in San José face the harsh reality of homelessness. But today, there’s hope. LifeMoves Branham Lane, the city’s largest interim housing community, is now open, offering 204 units of safe, private, and supportive housing for families and individuals in need.
This community, built in partnership with the state of California, City of San José, and Santa Clara County, is a place to heal, grow, and thrive with personalized case management, healthcare services, job training, and community amenities.
LifeMoves Branham Lane is designed to help clients build on their independence, opening pathways to permanent housing and lasting stability.
Take a virtual tour of the San Mateo County Navigation Center, operated by LifeMoves. This state-of-the-art facility encompasses 240 safe, interim housing units. These units will provide intensive on-site support services to individuals and couples experiencing homelessness.

From private units to our community garden, this interim housing community offers individuals and families a safe space to grow, connect, and move closer to permanent housing.
