As a valued member of the LifeMoves community, we wanted to share highlights from our Benefit Breakfast on April 27th — inspiring speakers, amazing stories, and an outpouring of support for solving homelessness in Silicon Valley. 600 community members gathered for the first time in years. As Pastor Paul Bains stated, “LifeMoves moves lives,” and that could not be possible without your continued partnership.

Event highlights:
- A special thank you to our riveting guest speaker, bestselling author, and Emmy-nominated film producer, Liz Murray, for sharing her inspirational journey from experiencing homelessness to attending Harvard.
- We were especially moved by hearing the lived experience of LifeMoves client Cristina, who shared her family’s emotional story of resilience and strength.
- LifeMoves CEO Aubrey Merriman dispelled myths about homelessness.
Our speakers were joined on stage by our emcee, renowned sportscaster Ted Robinson, and by Mike Callagy, San Mateo County Executive Officer, who shared the positive impact he has seen on LifeMoves clients.
